Our mission is to promote safe working environments through extensive training in preventing injury and illness on and off the work site for all our employees. This commitment ensures our employees can go home at the end of each day to their loved ones, keeping them safe from any unintentional illness or harm. We achieve this through our commitment to:
- Continue to advance our extensive staff training in the use of equipment, safety practices and procedures and hazardous material handling
- Adhere to the safety rules and regulations laid out by our provincial and federal government bodies through Occupational Health & Safety Regulations
- Comply with safety protocols on work sites as outlined by general contractors and clients
- Commit to following through with our own safety training and expectations at all times
- Ensure safety documents are properly filled out and complete regular in-house safety audits
- Adapting to change, ensuring we are engaging with our staff through open communication to ensure the safety of all
- Empowering our staff to make thoughtful, well informed decisions about the safety of themselves, our team and others

All staff are trained on COVID-19 pandemic protocols and procedures. Training is updated frequently adopting the safest possible procedures as they are recommended by health regulators and authorities.
